So if you enjoy black coffee with like four espresso shots in it, this is so easy to take. It IS bitter. But If you like bitter coffee it's good. For comparison, I enjoy going to circle k and getting a black Columbian iced coffee, and put four espresso shots in it sometimes more. So tasty.There's at least one word on the jar misspelled so I cannot say anything about quality just yet. As I write this review I am on day three of taking. I don't really feel quite different, however I'm going to switch to taking in the morning before work rather than when I get home.

Pros: like real shilajit, it will not burn nor will it dissolve in alcohol.Cons: unlike real shilajit, it remains quite runny at refrigerated temperatures, it dissolves much too rapidly in warm water leaving a dark reddish brown color, it has a hint of sweeter molasses type flavor and smell.I really wanted to like this. I tried to talk myself into it due to price and quantity. But I won’t buy again. I won’t even finish taking it. There are too many other legitimate options.

Taste like black licorice which I dislike very much so. I guess it’s beneficial but not to my beneficial taste buds

Tried this for myself for energy didn't work for me, my husband tried it and is now part of his vitamin/mineral intake. Worked great for him gave him energy.

Works really well and is a great price.
