Very comfortable fit. Love how it has a timer and not too heavy. Heats up quick and helps relieve a lot of pain in my neck and shoulders.

I was so excited to use this product when it arrived only to find it had a USA plug on the end and won’t fit into my electrical socket. So now I have to go out and buy an adaptor so I can use it. Not sure if I missed this fact in the small print, but as I ordered through Amazon Australia, I assumed it would work in this country GGGRRR!

Absolutely love this heating pad. I have one that only goes over the neck and shoulder. I have been using it for my back as well (not a fit) This provides heat and relaxation for the neck, shoulder, and back.
