VekonnCat Water Fountain Stainless Steel Top (Blue)

My cat is hard to please and would purposefully tip over the previous water bowl I was using because she didn't like it. She didn't like this new one at first (she also doesn't like new things) but she warmed up to it, and now I'm not wiping up water everyday from her spilled bowl. She also seems to be drinking water more as well so I'm getting less hairballs from her as well. It does make a little bit of a trickling water noise but it's easy to tune out.

I set this up after two weeks of it sitting in the box. Easy assembly but that’s probably the only thing about this product that’s positive if I am being honest.Let me preface-I cleaned this machine thoroughly as the directions state. Directions are misleading and not great so either trust your own judgement, watch a YouTube video or google it. After cleaning and set up was complete, I wondered why my cat wouldn’t go near this thing. Not even to try it! I went up to it, put a cup underneath the flower fountain, and immediately a horrendous smell came from the cup I filled with water. I probably didn’t need to put it up to my lips to know something was not right….But I did and I regret doing so because as I write this, i can still smell it a week later. How do you expect your consumers to be returning customers if the purchaser can’t even bare to smell the “filtered” water? But you expect my cat to want something to do with your poorly made product? Amazons quality control has gone off the deep end this year (2023 and probably before). Can you say…Amazon needs to increase budget in that department? Stop rushing horribly made products to AMAZIN PRIME customers (in the matter of hours or 2 days) if you can’t hold your product up to standards. Unfortunately, I missed the return date for this item. I am hoping to hear from this company or better yet Amazon but be careful speaking your mind on these products. Amazon filters and deletes 1 star comments.

We had a fountain for many years and it died. We liked the looks of this one and took a chance. We are very happy with the purchase. It was easy to set up, quiet, and our cats love it. It is also easy to clean when it needs it.

This pet fountain is the best one ever! My cat loves this so much. This product has a nightlight. My cat drinks much more water because of this product. Highly recommend!

Be sure to get the one that lights up, it makes a big difference. I and my cats love this!
