The media could not be loaded. I was delighted by the size and quality. My first use was pozole and it is true family size. After use it washed up easily and there was no discoloration on the bottom from the flames.

I really liked the size of the set and the color is beautiful. What I didn't like was the missed spots and chipping in the finish of the pans. For the price of this item.......that should not be. I was aware that a few people had the same issue, but I took a risk and ordered it anyway. I didn't return it because I was afraid that any replacement could be the same. If it wasn't for the missed spots and the chipping of the finish I would have given this 5 stars.

Lots for your money! Used it for tamales and a crab feed! Amazing pot a must buy!

This is a very disappointing product because it was so beautiful, but when I received it it had two chips in the enamel, I've had this happen in the past and it leaves a metallic taste in your food which can cause an entire waist of all year hard-earned labor and product. Also the basket inside the pot that supports the tamales was so stuck in there I could not get it out. So unfortunately I had to return this product.

Exactly as described and pictured. Really nice durable set. The set is overall really lightweight but great quality.

This is a tough one for me. The pots are beautiful, but, gosh, for the high price tag, there are a LOT of imperfections. I have a lot of enamel-on-steel pots, kettles, plates, etc., and I've never seen any with such messiness.You can see from the pictures the globbing, rolling, and divots of the enamel. My biggest concern is that those thicker globs will chip more easily, and then the steel will be exposed, and then comes the rust, which ruins these things. A couple little spots wouldn’t give me pause, but they are all over this set.The worst thing, though, is the chip on the steamer. It’s already chipped through the enamel. That is going to rust.The reason this is tough for me is because it’s a great set. The pot is huge. The steamer basket fits perfectly in the large pot. The smaller pot/Dutch oven is good for making the meat for tamales or for any other dishes. The open pan is perfect for the masa, and the spreader is really handy. I really can’t wait to make my next batch of tamales with this. But I’m afraid the set isn’t going to last long, while other enamelware I have are lifetime and longer – I have some that have been passed to me from my grandmother and other older generations.On some of the pictures I've circled a few of the flaws because I wasn't sure how visible they would be due to the glare on the finish. I didn't circle all the flaws, and I didn't include pictures of all of them. Just the majority of the biggest ones.If it weren’t for the chip on the steamer, I would give this 4 stars. But I can’t in good conscience recommend this with that kind of rating for such a high-priced item when there are the problems I’ve encountered.

Being Hispanic this is something I needed to have in my life and home ! I knew it was something that we would use all the time and make my life easier ! The mass spreader is the bomb ! I mean it’s extremely easy to use and makes the process of spreading the masa extremely quick and simple! Then the tamale basket it something that makes cooking the tamales better and easier ! It only took me about an hour using this ! Plus the turquoise color ( my favorite color ever ) really jumps out at you ! This turquoise enamel on steel is awesome ! This is something you won’t find (in this color) at your local big box store so if anyone in my family asks to borrow it I’ll know it’s mine if it’s not returned promptly! ( not on purpose but because with such a huge family they might forget who they got it from !

I am always looking to expand upon my kitchen tools, and thought that a bigger pot along with a Dutch oven plus the steamer and pan would be a great addition to my collection. The Dutch oven will leave you a bit disappointed in that it really is not a Dutch oven. It is perhaps the same general shape, but it is more like a sauce pan in terms of its thickness. Still usable, but not in the way you would use a Dutch oven. And that is really my critique about all of these pieces... the metal feels thin for the most part. It could be thicker. I would not say it is brittle by any means. It seems adequate for the most part, but I would like to see a thicker metal on these.The thing I really like about this set though is the capacity. It can be difficult to understand the size just from the product pictures, but if you see my attached photo, I placed a soda can next to the giant pot, and you can see the size difference. There is a ton of space you are working with. I have affectionately started calling it my cauldron. You can feed a small army with this thing. And that is the purpose of this set it would seem. You can cook up a large batch of tamales in one sitting! While this is marketed for making tamales, rest assured that these pots will transfer heat to many other food items just as well. Also, while the Dutch oven is less Dutch oven-like than one would hope, it is still a fantastic pot to hold a large batch of rice, which is how I used it.So in short, I really love this set! I always wanted a cauldron, and now I have one! It is not typical to find pots of these sizes, so if you are prone to hosting large events, have a side hustle cooking delectable treats for the holidays or simply want to feed the community and have a large soup pot to do so, then this set is for you!
