The lip of the bottle is way too narrow and tall
Okay function wise this is alright, you do need to heat it up with your fingers to scoop then apply, which is okay but I've had others that don't need that and it's already in a gel thick consistency that's ready to be applied.one thing I really dislike about this product is the design of the container, the lip of the container is so higher up, and the product is deep inside, meaning you need to dig deep in there and your finger will catch on the lip and rub against it. I find this really annoying and quite literally putting me off using it..A product should be easy to use and not discourage you to consistently use it because of the design, this is the reason why I'm disappointed with it, they should have made the opening wider enough to be used.The moisturising benefits of this are nice, however over night I wake up and then lips feel plump, but the outside are dry. Not sure how to feel about this but I'll continue trying it.
