Really good! I purchased this for my ice cream adventure with my new ice cream maker for pistachio ice cream. I added this to the custard where recipe would call for almond extract. The first batch I made with almond extract was disappointing as the taste overtakes the flavor. This pistachio extract provided an amazing profile. Have even used this for pistachio gelato and it brings the flavor you'd expect from an extract. The size is substantial, so felt given the flavor was worth the price & packaging for shipment well protected the glass container and the applicator as well. I'd definitely buy this again and try out some other flavors from this shop as well!

I really like the smell and taste of this coconut extract. It taste like real coconut. I was worried it was going to smell and taste like sunscreen but it doesn’t. Very good quality for the price.

"Natural Flavorings" as in no admittance of coconut as a remote ingredient. Definition of coconut extract "Coconut extract is a concentrated flavoring agent, derived from the meat of the coconut, used for adding a strong, sweet, and nutty flavor to food and beverages".This smelled like coconut when opened it but when I added to my simple syrup yesterday, there was NO coconut flavor...so I added more and still nothing. Today I tasted the simple syrup thinking maybe it needed to infuse, but NO! Now the syrup had an "off" flavor, likening to something artifical saying it's coconut but but nothing close (closest I can think of is tropical essence hair conditioner). When I opened the bottle today it smelled like opening a bottle of rubbing alcohol (which is the second of the 3 ingredients, the last being 'natural flavoring'). This product is beyond disappointing and should be avoided. Here's the label that shows what this "coconut extract" really is...anything BUT. Now I have to dump the simple syrup and try again with a better more true to flavor product.

I add this Ube flavoring to my coffee in the morning and I just love it so much! I was ordering a Ube drink from one of my beloved coffee shops, but I had no idea what the calories were. I love that this is 0 cal while still giving me that amazing Ube flavor that I love.

The value is great. The smell is pretty strong--and kinda off. I wanted to give it 3 stars for that, but I've read descriptions of similar products and they seem to have the same issue. In fact, compared to several of those, this seems like it might be better.Surprisingly, the taste is not super strong. I bought it to put in my plain Greek yogurt with protein-powder to mask some of the protein powder taste. It does help, but I wish it was stronger in flavor so it would be a better value, not having to use as much.So I guess quality is just ok.I'm interested in trying it in my fiber-infused water--because that ain't so fun on its own. Haven't done so yet. I expect a bit of enhancement in taste, based on what I've tasted so far.Love that they include a dropper.And I have to say, it was VERY well packaged. I can't imagine it would break in the mail.Pics for size. Note the "Heart Healthy." I get a star for that, eh?

The price is fantastic and it makes my taro protein shakes even better. This is definitely going to be a frequent flyer purchase. Wonderful and tasty and I'm not getting the nasty aftertaste that extract often has. Absolutely could not be happier..I paid double this for a different brand thinking it would be better and I was wrong..also beautiful packaging which kept it safe from breaking. Excellent product, excellent packaging, just could not be happier.

Decent, need to use a lot maybe 3-4 servings if mixing in with other flavors. Too expensive for what it offers for me personally, can live without it. Glad I tried probably won't buy again.

Great flavor and it goes a long way! I would certainly recommend!
