Hot Wheels Rodger Dodger

My 4 year old is obsessed with hot wheels. I’m fine with him getting all of the cars he wants. He lines them up and plays by himself and makes up different scenarios. He specifically asked for this one vehicle.

Great car to add to collection, I am not a big collector but this one takes me back to my early years. I have another version of this one, so now two is cool for me.

The item arrived in a timely manner, but the product was not as described. The card and packaging was very beat up and the hanger Loop of top was torn off. As a collector I like my cards in one piece and not torn up that's why I bought this based on the picture. The picture shows a little wear, but definitely not as much wear as this individual package has gone through. I would like at least a partial refund because I paid for an intact Packaging
