I’ve used a few different pre workout powders thought I would try this one first day I took a heaped measure before a club cycle ride and it did nothing for me at all so next day thought I would try it again my body was tingling for two hours, so the jury is still out on this oneUp date after two weeks. Skin tingling for up to an hour and itching for a whole dayI’ve not noticed any difference in performance

Good pre workout, I don't have much reference to compare as I haven't taken pre for couple years but this does the job nicely, good size tub and the flavour is very nice ( energy )

Definitely the best one I've had so far

I tried the sour apple flavor, and it tasted amazing – definitely a refreshing change from typical pre-workouts. I like adding some ice to it before I drink! The quality felt good too!The dose is a bit higher than what I’m used to, so I did experience the classic “tingles,” but it wasn’t uncomfortable. It worked quickly too! After taking it, I noticed a clear boost in my performance – more energy and focus during my workout. It really helped me push through my sets. I was able to even add extra sets in! Worked amazingly. Overall, I’m very pleased with this pre-workout and will definitely be repurchasing as it’s worth your money!

Honestly, it's okay. For it's price it's decent, kind of what I expected apart from taste. This flavour has been hyped up on socials quite a lot but I personally found it pretty average, maybe even sub-par. The energy boost is alright, I do feel it but it's not a crazy kick like some of the other ones I've had. However, the pump with it was pretty good and felt pretty good. The breathe easy technology feels like a peppermint, it does work but not for long.Overall, it's easy to scoop and use and gives a good pump with okay levels of energy. I would recommend this to anyone starting out at the gym if you're able to get it on discount, it's not too bad. The packaging is nice and pretty high quality.

This pre workout is the best I’ve had. It didn’t make me feel tingly, however I was already using another pre workout before this so I think I was already used to the buzz 😂. It always gives me so much energy and the taste is gorgeous. No lumps either! I definitely recommend this and I’m just about to purchase another.
