Absolutely beautiful
The media could not be loaded. Β This is so nice! Make sure you thoroughly stir it if you donβt want a see through glittery wash. As long as you stir it it gives you a solid glittery gold ink. Itβs really pretty and I will definitely be looking for more colours!I used this over the top of alcohol markers which the internet told me not to do however it worked really well and gave a lovely finish!

Great product
Great product, waterproof when dry I would recommend trying it with dip pen and also using things like bamboo and twigs to draw with, I can't wait to try other colours in this range they are great on their own or used in multi media projects. I just wish it would come in a slightly bigger bottle. I'd love to become q Affiliate ambassador for this company as I would definitely recommend to other Artist I know. The uses of this product is endless and is great quality and pigment is strong and a little goes a long way. It doesn't smell like other inks and it's got a very low odour. Well done to Windsor Newton for providing use with a excellent their products are of brilliant standard and I never had any issues with any of their products and they have a great range of product created with years of knowledge.

Not as good as it used to be.
Bought to use with dipping pens - have used this same brand years ago to write on cards. This is not the same formula. It would not flow from the pens (I am used to using dipping pens for calligraphy, so this is not the opinion of a novice writer). The intensity of colour wasn't there, just a dull dirty looking gold. Very disappointing from Windsor and Newton, not what I was expecting, this is different ink.

Good for sketching
I have two Winsor & Newton inks, in Sunshine Yellow and Vermillion, which I use with a selection of the other branded inks (mostly Diamine). The colours are clean and brilliant, the concentration of pigment is strong, could be mixed with the other colours to obtain the desired shade. They are fast drying, sheer and great for sketching/illustration. Can be applied with brushes or dip pens.Overall, good quality, but better prices could be found elsewhere.

Tedious, but the results are good.
It is such a small bottle that you are almost left with no choice but to either decant it, or use a brush for applying it to a pen. It require very frequent stirring as the particles settle rapidly, however, because of its small size, stirring is nigh impossible. I have found that inverting the bottle and agitation can be enough to mix after the initial stir. I would only recommend this to someone that would not mind taking 10 minutes to do a single line.
