I'm in my 50's and I've been taking spermidine for about a year now and this brand is new to me. I really like that the pills are tiny and easy to swallow and that there's no after taste. The dose is 2 a day. I really like these, especially at the price. The other brand I use is almost double the price. Non-GMO ingredients, US made, vegan and GMP certified. There is no aftertaste with this product and I could take it with or without food, without any adverse reactions.This brand includes Zinc and Thiamin in the ingredients, to help with absorption of the Spermidine. If you're looking into just starting this supplement, this one offers a low milligram dose to start with, but you'll want to change over to a higher dose brand after you're done with these.I noticed a difference in my energy levels after the first month of taking this.
