Magnesium Gel- Transdermal Magnesium Therapy

Someone from a dizziness support group suggested magnesium lotion or gel to relieve neck pain. It really helps and now I don't need ice packs for my neck pain anymore. I believe the dizziness I suffer from is largely muscle related and I maybe deficient in magnesium. This gel provides relief. It is odorless and easily absorbed. I recommend that for people with tight and painful muscles, works better than those pain relieving creams.

I can't decide if it works. I tried it many times and slept okay. I wanted to sleep great.So the jury is still out. I will say that if I purchase it again, I will. to buy the gel, I will buy the cream. The gel is very sticky and uncomfortable.

I would love to use this. Have tried it three times now but it makes my skin sting. Anyone else have this reaction or know why it does this?

I have had tendonitis for four months. After reading about the need for magnesium I purchased this product to be used in conjunction with magnesium tablets and other helpful supplements. In two days I feel like I'm FINALLY starting to improve.

Magnesium gel is a godsend for those who lose sleep because of leg muscle spasms and cramps. The gel is applied on the skin area where the spasms occur and results in them lessening and most often, disappearing. Multiple applications are sometimes necessary if the spasms/cramps continue.I have used this gel for years and keep a full-size by my bed at home and a travel-size in my suitcase when I'm on the road.

It stings because it is a mineral like salt and also has sea salt in it. If your skin is dry or sensitive or you have nerve pain or abrasions you may be more sensitive or not able to tolerate it. It washes off immediately.

I love this gel. I've been using this for years. I rub it on my sore joint areas(knees) and my foot which tends to cramp on me. When I feel tenderness atmy lower back area, I rub some on it. It helps relax the muscles and takesminor pain away. I feel it working right away. I use this gel all the time.

The Gel smells really bad...I tossed it. I would not recommend this product to any of the friends or family.
