Nice quality and very functional
A neat little exacto knife for light cutting. I keep Ming on my badge lanyard; while I don’t trust in on my keychain or in my pocket, it does take effort to open so it would be unlikely to accidentally be opened in pocket. You need to intentionally open and close it, and while there is no lock, it stays in place (when opened/closed)Looks nice, is very functional, and has a quality finish. Additionally, with the standard scalpel blade attachment, it really opens you up to using different blade styles (within reason of course).I have been using this for over a month now and it looks just like the day I got it. This a a good value for the price point.

Clips in a shirt pocket, opens letters and a whole lot more. EDIT - see below:
Edit to add I lost it, it was clipped in my shirt pocket and just disappeared. This has been so useful to have for small delicate chores that I didn't want to go without, so immediately ordered a replacement. That arrived today and I tied a small red nylon cord to the hole in the handle, this to make it easier to find if I lose the new one. Today I found the lost one under a table in the shop - figures. Grin.Original review:Takes a standard #11 scalpel blade, so replacement blades are readily available and inexpensive. I find this handy for all manner of little tasks. Well made, though put a drop of oil on the pivot. Use caution, especially opening a closing, as the blade is extremely sharp, and not a time for fumble fingers - give it your full attention when using. This doesn't replace a regular utility or pocketknife of course, but for delicate tasks can't be beat.

Super convenient
I keep this in a pocket on my wallet so I always have a way to cut stuff (open packages, trim thread or rope, minor whittling) when necessary. The blades break fairly easily but that's to be expected, and they're meant to be disposable so that's not a problem. Also nice if you fly a lot as if you forget to take it out of your stuff before going through security you can just chuck the blade and not lose the important part.

Tiny but sharp
Perfect for a keychain because it's tiny and very light. Plus, the scalpel blade replacements are cheap and easy to change. No more searching for a box-cutter. Warning, no locking mechanism.

Pretty unsafe without a lock to keep it closed
This is sold as a keychain, but I wouldn't suggest attaching it to your keyring without somehow locking/tying it shut. I dropped mine and got a nasty cut to my hand because it opened upon impact (though I didn't realize until after I picked them up and cut myself).Even just an elastic band being packaged together with this, which could be pulled tight around the closed scalpel, would go a long way towards making this safer to carry in your pocket and on a keyring that you may drop sometimes (especially in the dark when you can't see that it's opened on its own).

Good little knife
This is a tiny little thing. But it’s built nice. The blade is sharp. Overall, I’m impressed with it. It is small though.

This is so nice to have
I really like this, it is so useful for several reasons. If you get a spinter in your finger or anywhere it is useful to get it out with little pain. It also is good to keep in a first aid kit or trauma kit, if you ever needed it to cut something or for an emergency trach it would work great. It is all metal and that makes it easy to steralize it with heat or alchohol before using it. It also comes with a bonus of ten extra blades that are all individually wrapped in oiled wax paper wrappers to keep them from rusting. The blade tips are needle sharp and it is an all around very useful tool for a wide variety of uses from first aid to cutting crafting materials for fine details also.
