LSG4545W Freestanding Tall Larder Fridge

Descent sized fridge and good quality. AO drivers were on good time and put it in place for me. Top company and staff will be using them for my own place.

The fridge itself is great. Plenty of room and was purchased to replace our previous Beko fridge that had become unreliable after about 15 years (temperature had started to fluctuate, seal had gone and internal light has stopped working - it wasn’t the bulb, we checked it). The new fridge has a tendency to be a little noisy at times but not excessively. I ordered the fridge and paid for delivery, installation and haul-away so that I didn’t have to dispose of the old fridge. I have given it a 4 star as I am happy with the product but… BEWARE…The delivery was shocking. I was given three choices of date for delivery. Having picked three dates (9th, 10th and 7th in that order) I then got notification that it would be delivered earlier than expected on the 6th and NOT on a requested date. Spoke to Amazon customer service who assured me that they would get the date changed as we had plans to take the grandchildren to the zoo. However, at 6.15am on 6th I get woken with a notification telling me that the fridge would be delivered between 9.15 and 11.15am by ArrowXL. I had to get up and empty/switch off the fridge. I also had to cancel a trip to the zoo with my grandchildren. At 8.45am the fridge arrived. Then, to add insult to injury, the delivery men said that they didn’t have the paperwork for the haul away and refused to take the old fridge with them despite me having proof of paying for it. I found the one delivery man patronising… “ You have to understand, I don’t have the paperwork so I can’t take it.” And “Well, I’ve gone above and beyond, I’ve taken it out and left it on your drive. More than I’m required to do.” I then spent the next three days on and off the phone/chat to customer service. Ended up with a promise to collect the fridge on the Monday and a £20 voucher. The fridge wasn’t collected at all that week. I got an email from Amazon telling me that they couldn’t collect it and would refund my delivery charge. I then had to pay my local council to take it away for me. So all in all, the delivery was shocking, the grandchildren (2&4) were very disappointed and customer service were ok on the phone but not good at following up promises made. So much for their HAPPINESS GUARANTEE. I AM NOT HAPPY! Just as well the fridge worked and I’m happy with the product.

Everything went to plan ,and fitted into hole in kitchen ,looks good an improvement on last fridge as no handle ,only disappointment was this fridge doesn’t have a wine rack ,the light and control have been moved to roof a great idea

Was really impressed with how quickly it was delivered. Came 3 days earlier than expected. Came in pristine condition unlike the last Beko item I bought elsewhere which was full of dents. It's a no nonsence fridge and I'm very happy with it so far.

Very pleased with this item and delivery

This was purchased as a replacement for a 7 year old Model 1545 which suddenly gave up working after being temperamental for a couple of years. I've given this a 4 review, not for the product but for the misrepresentation of the item on the listing from Hughes Electrical, which illustrates a chrome bottle rack is several images. There was not rack in the fridge, so I checked the BEKO main website. The 4545 DOES NOT have a bottle rack. These are old images from the Model 1545. Luckily, we can simply swap the bottle rack from the old one. Always check the manufacturer's site for accurate descriptions, and don't rely on Retailers updating their listings correctly.

Just what we wanted, delivered on time to the room of our choice. good product for a good price.

Only had the fridge a few days but so far very happy with it. Love the space and how quiet it is. Looks good too
