White Screen Issue on newly purchase laptop
The product I received has speaker net issue and it only worked for 8 days and then after it started white screen issue.As to claim under 6 months warranty, when I contact to seller, they never pick up phonecalls and asked to drop emails only. After that they told to send back laptop to them.And now even after 7 days no response and not responding to emails.Very bad support.How one can take advantage of 6 months warranty if for a single issue that huge time has been taken to resolve it?I also doubt a that is the refurbished items are really tested properly?

Good product in this price, all working, little bit brightness and graphic issue I found but this issue solved by seller after query raised. Overall it's working..

Not bad
It's a refurbished product but is above my expectations but has only one battery. This model is supposed to come with two batteries.Has no fingerprint reader.Also brightness adjustment isn't working but can be fixed.Overall it's a nice product and value for money.

Actually , this product is not of refubrished category, it's very old, when I go to the Lenovo site and enter serial no then it's purchased year is 2019, there is no brand warranty card with product and Lenovo site , it shows expire.My recommendation please to purchased new product with best seller on Amazon.

Affortable and value for money
I have received T470 Thinkpad,using last 2 days and the performance is satisfied however not tested all the features,we can assess the quality only on the longer run, however the configuration are matching with what was told and seller is reliable and having good support system,The battery back up is disappointing other wise its all fine and happy.
