Why did you pick this product vs others?: I like this brand, color, and size of this laptop. It also came with plenty of memory/storage.

It was a fine computer for about three months about a month ago. It broke down just one month short of the one year warranty. I called HP and they said because I bought it on Amazon the people that sell these on Amazon modify these computers so it no avoids the warranty so don’t buy HP products on Amazon HP will not help you with the warranty if it does break this is a fact call HP if you don’t believe me.

I purchased this because I am going back to school to get my masters. I needed something simple that I could do my school work on than was a great price point and I found it with this laptop. Battery life is wonderful last days without charging
