The arms can go on either side of the couch, completely reversible, and despite a mishap where I accidentlly shifted while putting in the back support, it was easy to figure out that there was a small pressure indent to push on that would allow it to release and come right back out for ease of dismantling to move. This sofa does not disappoint in terms of comfort. The plush and supportive cushions provide a cozy seating experience for lounging, watching movies, or simply relaxing with a good book. The dark grey color is neutral and versatile, complementing a wide range of decor styles. IT DOES TAKE A DAY OR TWO TO FLUFF UP COMPLETELY! I found it very nice that it came together in only three boxes, I thought the way they stored the cushions and pillows inside of the ottomans to be quite clever. I love this couch! The storage was the reason top reason I got it. It is affordable and for that reason I worried about the quality. The quality is five star. It came in 3 big boxes. Easy to put together. It’s firm but comfortable yet so soft to the touch. Easy to clean with a microfiber cloth and water.

Thus far this is a fantastic couch, especially for the price. It is comfy, spacious, and has great storage space. It was easy to assemble and allows you the flexibility to move the foot piece to fit your room. The customer service was excellent too. The only thing keeping me from giving this couch a 5 star is that I wish the back/back rest was taller. The cushions are taller and provide some support for my neck but a taller back rest would seal the deal. Still happy with this couch though.

Love my new sectional. It was very easy to put together. It seems to be very well made. Very comfortable, it is a little hard but it is still comfortable. I am 5’3” so it's just right for me. I really like the storage areas. The fabric is so soft. I would highly recommend.

This is definitely a get what you pay for item. The couch seat part is fine, but the back cushions are flat, never expanded as they said they would. They’ve lost their shape just after a couple of weeks. It looks cheap. The cushions snag very easily. Very disappointing.

Love this couch

I gave this 3 stars because we ordered "suede green" and it is definitely grey, not green. I had my heart set on that dark green color that is shown in the picture. So that was disappointing. Appearance- it's cute, it's lower than I'm used to. The arms are shorter than I'd prefer. It was easy to put together, to about 30 minutes. The instructions were simply to follow. It's firm, but comfortable. Again, it would be more comfortable to me if the arms were a bit higher and wider. But it is sturdy and comfy enough. Overall it is a decent couch for a small space for the price you pay. The only downfall to me was receiving grey instead of green.

Love, love, love this couch. I couldn't believe how comfortable it is & the storage is huge bonus!
