The packaging is durable. The mask comes with a remote that makes it very convenient to use. The LED lights have 4 mode, they are bright. This mask offers high versatility by using different light waves to treat fines lines, elasticity, shrink pores, collagen products, acne, skin repair, and blood circulation. It come with a 10 minute timer and automatically turns off. I use the mask to increase absorption of Korean skin care. This increases their effectiveness. I’ve been using the mask every other day for a few weeks and I’m not noticing the fine wrinkles and laugh lines around my mouth as much.

The true review - 1 year later. The product works well. We use it every day (so the mask is used twice a day). The charge holds well and the it's easy to flip through the 4 different settings. The straps are easily adjustable and the light covers the entire face. We use this along with our existing skin regimen and the results are amazing. Skin is lighter and more elastic! I'm usually on the move, so the mask helps me to also to enjoy a meditative state for a few moments of the day. Side note - after registering the product, I received an email offer to extend the warranty, which I gladly accepted. Great customer service.

So far the product has been great and the customer support has been exceptional. The cordless functionality has been an effortless addition to my morning routine. I can throw it on and continue along. Charging is reasonably fast and lasts for at least a few days. I was able to purchase with my FSA funds. Don’t forget to extend the warranty simply via email.

Updating review again. Mask never charged a second time, even after they sent me a new mask. Are others having this issue? Spent so much money on this mask. Updating my previous review. Customer service reached out to me and sent me a new mask, the updated version! So far it works amazing and I really love the results. Mask stopped working after 3 weeks. It won't charge and beeps when I try to turn it on. Very frustrated.

This is an absolutely great mask. So light, mobile, comfortable, and effective. Customer service is phenomenal as well. A great product that helps me keep a clear complexion.
