Sons obsession
It did have grease on but maybe it protects the paintwork in transit.Not a toy ! My soon to be 13 year old son has asd and collects all sorts and marvel replica weapons being one collection. The cheapest I could find on Amazon and a lot more solid than the picture looks and heavy. I think he will be absolutely over the moon. Very happy with the price compared to others I’ve seen. Thank you.Oh and delivery was so so fast ! Brilliant

Oil laced and poor detailing.
It's a great size. HOWEVER .... I received a shield which had already been returned to Amazon twice as the return tickets were attached to its box... it was covered in oil and grime, the detailing was poor, and it STUNK! it's been returned so watch out if you buy it you may get the one i have returned!

Nice item. Slightly smaller than actual size.

Not new
This products are either not new or they need a serious polishing as the one I recieved is full of grime on the shiny metal.I'll attempt to clean this but it shouldn't be my problem at that price.

Poor Quality Avoid
The product came well packaged, but the shield lacquer was peeling off, the quality of the paintwork is terrible, and the rear hand grips have sharp protruding mild steel that would cause a serious injury to a child. I had to machine polish the shield myself, so it looked acceptable. I am amazed that Amazon allows this to be sold due to its quality and safety aspects.

It is a good product but the sheild was still covered in machine grease and the brackets that hold the straps are quite sharp, wouldn't recommend if giving to a child but other than that not bad.
