The taste of this honey is good, no headache. The energy was not there at all. I don't suggest you buy this if you're looking for extra performance.

If you are familiar with what horny goat weed can do, then this is similar. It did give off a little energy and helped in its area of specialty. The taste is not that bad either. It is a proven fact that honey can increase testosterone. This is a pretty good product for the price.
