Great ratchets more than I expected was ordered by mistake but after I used it once decided to keep the ratchet

Update: After reaching out to customer support, I was surprised to find them willing to make the problem right and replace the broken 3/8" ratchet that failed, as described in my original review below. They sent me a replacement in the mail after I described my problem to them in a customer service query, despite the 15 day return window policy that they have. This was an unexpected development, but a welcome and customer-friendly exchange, so I am improving my review from 1 star to 4 to reflect the customer service making up for the seemingly low quality product. Overall turned a highly negative experience into a positive one. Original Review for Context: These ratchets are extremely poor quality. While they feel solid in the hand when you pick them up, they pretty much break on their own. The 3/8" wrench broke on its own just being in my tool bag. I reached for the ratchet out of my bag only to find the switch and some of the "guts" of the ratchet were simply gone. Fallen out. I found the switch, but the rest of the innards needed to make it work are lost, so the ratchet can't be repaired. This is the ONLY ratchet I have ever owned that just fell apart on its own. If the ratchets can't even hold up to rattling around in a simple tool bag, do we really expect them to hold up to tough bolts for years to come? Many people likely won't have a problem until outside the return window for Amazon, so a lot of people are going to end up with defective tools and no recourse. And the manufacturer product warranty itself? Actually worse than Amazon's, because they only offer help for 15 days after receipt of the product, so no help there. Terrible, shoddy product, and a total waste of money.

Good wrench and it held up well. Used it to remove a stuck O2 sensor and added a 24 inch pipe on the end of the handle and it did not break. Held up and kept working just fine. The handle is nicely contoured for a man's large hand.

nice long handle, gives me lots of leverage when changing brakes or doing wheel work.

Works great low profile head and 90tooth ratche is great for tight spots that are hard to reach

Good quality wrench! Low profile head allowed me to open the rear differential drain plug of my 2025 Honda Ridgeline. It is superior to my Craftman wrenches I have.
