Pomonas Universal Pectin,Container, 1 oz, 2 pk by Pomonas

This is by far the absolute best pectin I have every used, I have tried many different kinds from the Sure Jel to all natural apple pectin, non-GMO... you name it, I've tried it. I have had to reprocess many batches of jelly due to it not setting correctly but Pomona's sets right the first time, every time. The canning process is a little different, so be sure to ready the instructions. It is easy to use once you get it down. This is the only pectin I will be using from now on.

I like how easy it is to use compare to other pectin. But I have tried it about 4 times and can’t get perfect jam thickness yet. I either get very thick and it’s crumbly or it’s loose. But I love how much easier it is to use. I use Splenda. Jam taste more like fresh fruit using this.

I love using this pectin to make low sugar jams.

My peach tree yielded its first crop worthy of fresh jam. Next will be Huckleberry jam. The fruit is the main star of the jar not sugar. Fast,easy wonderful.

Gives a good gel everytime. Great alternative to very high sugar jams and jellies.

Product is fine. False advertising leads one to believe that they will be receiving 2 packs of 2. For a total of 4 packs.
