Paleo Powder FODMAP All Purpose Seasoning

Recently doctors told me to stay on a low FODMAP diet. This means no onion or garlic. It's hard to find seasoning that doesn't have onion or garlic that tastes decent. This seasoning is so good! We've tried it on chicken, pork, turkey and beef. Even my husband who is not on a low FODMAP diet loves the taste of this seasoning. This is going to be a staple around our house!

I love this seasoning it's salt free with lots of flavor. It takes the light like a barbecue seasoning. Great for country boil and in meats.

Ease of storage & use. Taste helps bland plain food a lot. Most meat can be helped to taste better with this!

I am happy I can still find this seasoning online. It used to be carried at our local Walmart. It is our go to seasoning for just about everything from meats to eggs. Great flavor and easy on someone who has dietary restrictions for anything with garlic.

I don't write reviews unless I am sure. This is my third bottle. It is perfect for low fodmap with that spicy flavor. I make my own LFM everything and this adds that little kick. The only negative is that it is pricey - wish it was cheaper.

I really like this seasoning. I am gluten sensitive and allergic to members of the allium species, such as onions; as well as many preservatives. This seasoning can be use on many foods. I have been mixing my own seasonings for yrs. As I use those up, I will use this product. Thank you. Great flavor.

I bought the Paleo fodma seasoning. It is extremely salty. All I taste is salt and cumin, and I hate cumin. I didn't expect it to be so salty or for the cumin flavor to be so pronounced since it is not one of the first ingredients listed. Since it isn't returnable, it's going in the trash, unfortunately.

This spice blend has a delicate...not over-powering flavor. A good blend for every day use. I recommend it for anyone doing a FODMAP elimination diet or being on any diet where the G.I. tract may have sensitivities. I'm not a dietician...I'm a patient, speaking only from my own experience. I do recommend this spice and I would buy it again.
