Bad battery
Absolutely useless only had for less than two months and will not charge! Lost suction! I can only use it when plugged in!!!!! And it won’t let me complain

NO GOOD - FAILING TO CHARGE
This item proved utterly useless, despite numerous attempts to charge it up with the mains charger provided... A pity as the item's appearance is attractive. Simply cannot be bothered to return.
