Energy!
I was so excited to try this as I’m currently postpartum and needed an easy way to get a little boost without needing extra caffeine. Sea moss has so many great benefits and is rich in iodine, vitamins and minerals. The taste is great, I just added 1 ml in 8 oz of water and it was refreshing. I’m looking forward to reaping all the benefits of this product! :)

My kids and I take this supplement every morning and they like the taste- which is hard to come by nowadays. It’s alittle thicker/creamy of a texture with a raspberry/lemon taste. Kid approved and nutrient dense is a win-win for me!

I really appreciate supplements that get a certification for organic. This is only 100mg which is equal to 1 g daily suggestion is Around 4 g.Research shows that you showing take sea moss once a day.On a bottle there’s no third-party testing , GMP verification or lab testing.

Sweet Tasting Liquid Sea Moss!
This liquid sea moss has a sweet flowerey raspberry taste to it. I put 34 drops (2 dropper fulls) in a glass of cold water to drink daily. It comes in a 2 oz brown glass bottle to help with preservation. I like how the company uses organic materials, purified water, and natural flavors. It s certified organic!

Leave the Flavors or Disclose Where They Come From
Peak Performance could be one of the best brands out there when it comes to supplements, but they often have one fatal flaw; their "natural" flavors.The problem is that the origins of "natural flavors" do not have to be disclosed, so it could be from juice or something nasty as bugs or insects.Peak Performance, do me one favor: Disclose what EXACTLY the natural flavors are and where they were derived from.The sad thing is that this supplement blend is otherwise great and would be a 5-star product, even considering the price. But as long as the ingredient transparency is missing or they simply take these flavors out, 3 stars is all that's reasonable to give for me.
