Q: Can you put this down bellow?

I do, I have been prescribed 1% hydrocortisone creams in the past for down below and it saves me going to the doctors for what I know to be a flare up of dermatitis, having said that I've never had to apply more than one dose every time

Q: Is This ok to use in your ears please

On the surface and outside the ear is fine but not inside the ear where only products designed for this purpose should be used e.g. ear drops.

Q: Is this product safe to use on split, chapped lips?

Safety aside...this is not an appropriate product for that purpose. I would use a product designed for cracked, chapped lips...for example, Blistex.

Q: Does it contain sulfa or benzoit

No...it's 1%hydrocortisone (a mild steroid) in a standard cream base (water,soft paraffin,liquid paraffin, emulsifying wax)
