Very Stable and Good Looking
this bed fits the aesthetic i was going for and it looks amazing. it doesnt rock or shake. made of nice wood. has about a 4-5 in gap at the end of bed if you push matress all the way to the other end. very easy install took about 15 minutes. definetly a great purchase.

Stable, easy assembly, beautiful
I’m used to sleeping with my shikibuton mattress on the floor, but this gives a more refined look to my bedroom, without sacrificing the firm support you usually receive from the floor. No need to put anything between the mattress and frame, I don’t feel the gaps between slats at all. Love

It's pretty but...
When you pay $400 for something and the first time it's to be delivered it gets sent back because the package is damaged then you just ask for another one you want it to look like the picture. All they did was tape up the damaged box and send it again! It's covered in scratches and chips. It's too heavy for me to wrap back up and re send to get my money back. The response from the seller was quick but what good does it do if they just quickly resend your damaged package? Anyway save your money and get a cheaper frame that's light weight and easy to manage. $400 and I need to put at least another $20 to re-stain and repair

Missing parts, damaged wood, missing hardware
I was so excited for this product, but it’s very clear that I was given a “refurbished” item without ever having been notified that that was what I was purchasing. There is missing hardware, chips in the wood, obvious tool marks from who knows what. It costs more to ship for a refund than it does to just scrap this purchase. It was a waste of money and I’m deeply disappointed. Idk if I can even salvage what I have.

Delivered used and damaged item sold as new
Shipping box clearly labeled damaged and missing parts. Still sold as new item. Return process is difficult and shipping costs are put on customer. Terrible experience.
