I really like this probiotic it is one of the best with the Super Strain DDS-1 L. Acidophilus, I just wish it was stronger so I don't have to take so much. I have to look high and low for a probiotic with DDS-1 and NO FOS or INULIN or JERUSALUM ARTICHOKE, they cause so much stomach distress and are not suitable for people with IBS or digestive disorders including Candida. They are a starchy undigestible sugar that is UNdigestible and they feed fungus regardless of what they claim they are NOT a good thing. I miss the old days when probiotics were just probiotics with NO Prebiotics. They interfer with all the goodness of the probiotics. This has a small amount of corn maltodextrin which is the best to use if anything because it breaks down quickly and disolves making it digestible and virtually undetectable, for the system. I do not recommend rice starch or maltodextrin it seems to mess with the probiotics and cause constipation. I spoke to Solaray and they said this Multidophilus 4 and the Multidophilus 3 are their best selling probiotics and I told them that is cause they are the only ones you make with NO FOS or INULUN, the customers come back more for these cause they work best. I've tried to tell other manufacturers but they are stubborn and seem to want to hold on to the FOS eventually they will figure it out and remove it just like the Soy craze now products specifically list NO SOY because of it messing with hormones.

Appears to work fairly well.
