7-1/4-Inch Circular Saw, Lightweight, Corded (DWE575)

An excellent saw. Attractively priced, fairly light, well balanced, with a super convenient depth/bevel adjustment, and a rugged aluminum baseplate. The blade guard doesn't hang up on the workpiece and airflow keeps the cut line free of sawdust for accurate cuts. If it's anything like our other DeWalt power tools, we expect years of problem-free service.

Great saw. My old black and decker platinum saw was on its last leg. This saw was night and day better than that one. I used the saw while constructing a 16x12 deck that is 11feet off the ground. It worked great on the ground and in the air cutting joist ends. Nice saw.

Motor is on left side of blade. Saw is light and good for left handed people,

Great tool. One complaint. The locking handle for adjusting the blade depth is way to hard to lock/unlock. Fix this, and Dewalt has a great tool.

This saw works quite well for the busy homeowner. I have used this to cut plywood (both 3/4" and 1/2" faced birch) and all manner of dimensional wood. Plenty of power and it is set up so that it is easy to track the plate for accurate cuts. Good ergonomics on the handle and it is comfortable for long use on long cuts. Wish it was a bit lighter, but it is not overweight at all. Good product for various use.

This has been a great saw.Ordered it 6/21/17 still have it and use it regularly on 7/11 /2025 will purchase another one soon 8 years is a long time still going strong

Compact, powerful, safe and practical. I combined it with one of the dwALT transport cases and it is excellent to be able to use it for demanding jobs

We had an ancient circular saw for years until it just wore out. The old saw was heavy and difficult to adjust, etc. I finally decided to try a DeWalt Circular Saw. I had replaced another worn out tool with a DeWalt and liked the quality of this brand of tools. I love this saw! It is light, adjust easy, holds its setting and goes through wood like butter. It is a pleasure to use. I've had it for a while and it has performed very well for me. As older tools come to the end of their days, I've been replacing them with DeWalt tools. This one (saw) was on sale-the price was right and it was the right tool for me. Very satisfied with this purchase.
