Fun to use
I cannot for the life of me use a hula hoop and I also find this hard. My kids find it fantastic and can keep the weight going. This is worth the money paid and is so easy to set up and use

Already own one of these. Absolutely love it. Ordered this one for my mum. Me personally I do 30 mins a day. I took measurements and after 6 weeks I'd lost 3.5 inches of my waist 5☆

The carriage for the weight keeps getting caught on something on the inside. It stops in the same place every time.
