An Ethnic Embroidery Sequin Patchwork Throw Pillow Cases Cushion Cover (Yellow)

This is somewhat an item of two halves, the good and the bad. The actually sequin work is lovely and well done and is in individual patches that are brought together for the cushion front.. Then whoever makes these sews on the border between the separate pieces with thick cotton. This is terribly done. In two places it totally misses the material squares and their frayed ends are visible across the whole patch. At the ends of the cushion cover it does not go under the braiding and again the cotton ends are visible. I can mend this so that it looks passabl but with that little bit of extra care this would have had five stars and it would have been worth more money and I would have happily paid it. Packaging and delivery good.

What you get is completely different from what is shown in the product picture. Totally underwhelming!! What adds salt to the wounds is poor workmanship. Mine has the golden threads fraying at the edges. The poor workmanship is very obvious. This thing is not going to last a week. Very frustrating and disappointing!!

Totally wrong colour and very hard fabric. I ordered this because of the amazing colours and got two full pink ones. Messaged seller reply was ‘WE HAVE ALREADY MENTIONED PATCHWORK CAN BE DIFFERENT. Same patchwork cannot be repeated ’I can’t see this on description. False advertising

Very pretty covers with lots of sparkle however not for heavy duty usage mainly decorative. The backing material on the reverse side is very thin and if the cushion pad is too plump it doesn’t stay closed. So for this reason I have given 4 stars instead of the 5. But for the price you can’t complain.

I bought three of these in different colours. Heavily sequinned and very eye catching, as a trio they really brighten up the room. However the slot opening rather than a zip means the cushion pad tends to bulge out at the back. Realistically these are probably best for decoration, the material tends to fray and the sequins drop off if they get any heavy use.

I was delighted to receive this beautiful cushion cover. It is handmade and looks stunning. I also bought the matching puffe cover. It embellishes my living room. Great if you have a black or brown sofa as the red will go perfectly well with it.

The front of the cushion cover is lovely, some work has gone into that. Lots of sequins, stitching and pattern but, on the reverse I will need to hem the opening. Material is flimsy so when your cushion is in place its not a scatter cushion. Granted it was a cheap price and you get what you pay for, having said that it does look pretty, its a good orange colour which is what I wanted.

What I did not like was that they sent a totally different colour to the picture shown and then you have to pay for the return.
