Shipped Faulty - still waiting for the replacement over a month later...
This product was shipped faulty. WD has been 'processing' the warranty replacement for a month now. Even more galling was the request to pay a 'convenience' fee to have them ship the replacement more quickly - they seem to have forgotten all about the inconvenience to the customer of having shipped a faulty product in the first place. Awful, awful, awful customer service. Who knows when I'll eventually receive the drive I ordered.
