This was a great resource for my daughter when she decided to become Annie Oakley for a middle school project. She had a a great time creating her costume and 3 minute story. Everyone clapped and she got an Al!

granddaughter, enjoyed reading the story of Annie Oakley

It seemed slow and repetitive at the beginning, jumping back and forth with years. Was a great ending and very informative.

What feats she could do. Book was too heavy in minute details. So it got quite boring toward the end.

great story about an Ohio overachiever who became a role model for all of us, especially young women without all of the political bombast occurring today.
