The product arrived in an oversized white plastic self-sealed envelope (common Amazon packaging). The box inside the envelope - the box the product is packaged in - arrived damaged and opened. While taking the product from the box, a black disc shape piece fell out of the box. It was 1/2 of the pull ring. The other 1/2 was down in between the magnifier and the lens case. The lens itself arrived cracked in the area where the pull ring was supposed to be attached. The lens itself isn’t clear for viewing. When the phone is placed in the holder, the image is distorted and dizzying. And, when pulling the lens out of the lens case, there is no “stop” - the lens piece came completely out of the case. Very disappointing and flimsy product.

Gave as a gift.

I’m going to be very embarrassed to give this to my elderly mother-in-law for many reasons. The first reason is that it arrived in a damaged cover. The case was literally falling apart. It’s made of cheap plastic and when it arrived it had particles of dust and unidentifiable lint type bits all over it. It looked as though it sat on the shelf of a dollar store for years. All this being said, it may actually work for her. I put my iPhone Pro Max 12 under the plastic magnifier and it certainly enlarged it clear enough to possibly be useful. I’m not trying to be funny but maybe with her bad eyesight she won’t notice the packaging or quality.UPDATE:It did not work well bough for my mother-in-law. Her eyesight is extremely poor. Upon arranging for the return the business told me to keep it and credited me anyway. Hopefully I’ll find someone whose eyesight isn’t as bad as her, that will benefit from it.

I opened it up just to see what it was like and whether I would want to get one for myself. I didn't spend a lot of time looking at it, but I decided I probably would not purchase another one, although the idea is promising. It's just a plastic magnifier that you put on a stand in front of your phone. The quality was not as good as I would have liked. Perhaps if I had spent more time with it, I would have changed my mind.

This was very inexpensive so when parts of it had broken off I shouldn't have been surprised but this doesn't stand up and isn't worth the low cost.

Incredibly cheaply made. I wish I could return it but I threw away the package. I might even rummage through the trash to find it because I don't want them to have my money

It's a magnifying glass so the resolution isn't great, but I wasn't expecting it to be. Worse, it kept falling apart. The magnifying plastic piece kept slipping out of its track and I couldn't easily put it back. When the damn thing fell out for the sixth time and wouldn't go back, I trashed it.
