Burns Badly
There was yellow powder inside the bottle, but no broken capsules fortunately. When I took the first pill, I experienced a bitter/burning all over my tongue and lips. I’ve taken a lot of supplements in my day and this was a first. The taste was awful. To prevent this, I’m now wiping off each capsule with a tissue before I ingest it. That’s helped. It’s too soon to say whether or not the supplement is effective. In the future I’ll probably switch to something that does not contain a seed oil.
