Simple cute and works great to protect the new glass top induction stove top!

These mats do darken after several weeks of use on an induction cooktop, especially if high temperatures are used frequently. Also the mats prevent sliding the pots/pans which could be or not be preferable depending on the cook. If I use high cooking temperatures or long cook time I have gone back to using a paper towel. But the mats do look good on the cooktop.

These work as stove to protectors but they really slow down cook time and I would not recommend cooking on top of them.

これを1枚しくだけで鍋やフライパンがIHの上で滑らない(動かない)ので、炒めたり混ぜたりがだいぶ楽になり、初めて使ったときは感動しました。ただあまり高温にしすぎると溶けてしまうのがネックです。長くきれいに使い続けるには、あまり高温で長時間使用しないことがポイントだと思います。あと、汚れたらすぐに洗ってしっかり乾かすこと。
