Q: Does this keeps doves away? i bought a regular feeder, and got monopolized by doves, which i do not like.

This feeder is suitable for small birds, doves will be difficult to stand on the ports.

I believe it is China because manufacturer has Hong Kong address.

Top easily pulls up and the bottom can be fully removed by pulling on the two lowest feeding perch.

These are super easy to refill. All you do is lift the top off, pour in the feed and then put the top back on. The fact that the top is connected to the feeder ensures that you won't drop the lid.
