I am just learning how to use shaping undergarments or vest. This one is nicely made with excellent stitching and design. I'm a little over six feet and weigh around 177 lbs. I got the XL and it fits perfectly. The only reason I give it four stars is that it says it is a posture corrector. I was expecting a much tighter fit. I had other compression shirts that fit like a vise. I not sure that it has any effect on my posture. Time will tell if it works. It is an excellent work out garment.

I wore this traveling as an undershirt and it was a great decision. While I don't believe it really is strong enough to have any of the advertised slimming effect, it is a nice, form-fitting undergarment that allows an upper layer to move and flex around the body without getting bunched. This will be my go-to travel shirt and one that I will likely wear under darker dress shirts as well. I am pleased with this and recommend it as an undershirt

It seems just a regular tank top without any special features mentioned in the description.Just made with usual artificial materials - not a cotton.Today I wearied it and went to the gym and did my usual cardio - nothing special, the same kind of sweat - everything was like with my usual cotton tank tops.Were shipped in single transparent bag without any instructions, notes - seems were made in some basement like a copy of something original and put here in their page advertising of that original item.

The material seems sub par it does not work as well as others I have tried and shortened when washed.

I have to say I was expecting this to cut into my sides and give me some jelly roll action, But quite the opposite! I have always been a large one I'm 6'4" and very broad shouldered and I've always had some extra love on me. This is the most comfortable undershirt I have ever worn and I immediately feel it help with support and posture. This thing fits the way I always wanted stretchy shirts to look, feel, and make me feel about myself and this is the first one I have ever found that does that.
