I purchased on Nov 29th. Amazing laptop. Loved it. Im a deployed United States soldier and it is handy being this small. Randomly the charging port stopped charging. That's it. Great computer that is useless after 3 months of light usage. Trying to contact the seller I am instructed to ship it back to China. I dont even have an address and similar problems from others say it costs $250 to ship and they have not received their product back for over a year. I would desperately like to give a better review if I had the product or could ensure I receive it back if I ship it. Im just going to buy a different brand.
