Shockingly poor!
Would have given it 0 stars. Wasted 1m of paper thinking it was my technique that was poor. Blade not sharp enough. Total waste of money!

Needs practice!
I’ll keep looking at the YouTube tutorials for this beast as I struggled to get it to cut nicely

Decent size but too large for some rolls, lightweight, technique definitely needed
These wrapping paper cutters are a good size, they can easily be used on larger thicker rolls and can be used on the smaller size rolls but patient and technique is required. These do work and they come with a set of two holders and extra blades, so these will last a long time. The cutters work well on good quality/foil type wrapping paper, on cheaper wrapping paper they tear the paper too easily. To start and get a good cut you need to make sure you have enough space to go in a straight line, place the cutter holder over the roll and place the blade exactly where you want to cut and hold the paper down or tight so that it doesn't move. This cuts without any problems or tearing of the paper. These cutters really do work but patience and space is needed. These are great if you are cutting full sheets for larger gifts.

Gimmick
If you can get this in the right position, you can make a nice smooth cut and the blade is sharp, but the paper has to be a very good, thick quality type.I tried it on thinner papers and it just ripped them. Also, it will only cut the long lengths when you’ve got the roll of paper to hold in the roller bit. You can’t cut crossways with it. I think this will probably go in the bin. It’s a bit gimmicky and I fell for the video. I honestly wouldn’t bother if I were you.Pro’s= There’s two of them and a spare blade.Con’s= They don’t work that well.

Waste of money
Didn't cut through the wrapping paper just ripped the entire roll to bits🙃

Going viral
Spotted this device on a viral social media video a few weeks ago and decided to see if Amazon had them instead of the expensive ones the video was advertising - you can get 2 here for the price of one!You need to watch the video to see exayhoe to use it, and it takes a few goes to get the gist of.The key point, you need tidy wrapping paper - not that cheap thin floppy stuff. The thicker the paper the better the device works. There's nothing more satisfying than when the scissors slide through the wrapping and this is the equivalent of that, but every time.Definitely saves time and effort once you get the knack.

Great idea, only works for good paper
I like the idea but it only works on the thicker more expensive wrapping paper.
