Great for rehabilitation when in an injured state.
I purchase both arm and leg wraps from you but have only tried the arms thus far because of knee problems. I am 49 years of age and have been training since age 11, literally 5-7 days a week. Consequently, I have a lot of injuries!More recently I have been suffering with calcific tendinitis in both shoulders. One shoulder was excruciating for several weeks and I could only move my arm a few inches. I have had some treatment and now have more movement. I have lost a lot of muscle in the bicep and shoulder area (about 4-5lbs in body weight). I thought the BFR bands would be good because they would help me rehabilitate and maintain / rebuild some muscle without taxing the tendons too much.First week in and used them on my biceps and chest and have to say I managed to get more aching in the muscle (more so the bicep because it is more direct BFR than the chest) area for a while and without causing problems elsewhere which I know heavy weights would have done (in fact, because of my shoulders I just would not be able to use a decent amount of weight to create any real stimulus). So definitely a useful tool in the tool box for rehabilitation and/or working round injuries and / or painful joints etc.

Brilliant product
These bands are very helpful for my bicep curls. My biceps are ‘forced’ to work harder as my lifte become harder. For my ectomorph body type, I benefit the most from weight training by lifting weights in short but intensive reps. These bands make my bicep curls with barbells more intensive to the point my arms become a bit blue and red from the occlusion. But as I only have to do less reps now due to the occlusion, my arms get thicker so I am willing to put up with these. I have also received the e-book from the seller, will definitely look into it. Brilliant product!

I used the bands on my last couple of works outs. Not only did the workout feel great but the muscle pump lasted much longer and I could tell they had worked hard for days after.

Bad quality
After a few months of use they started to peel off. That would be acceptable for a lower price product but not for the price that this band is sold

Heavy duty, grippy velcro, numbering helps
Replacing a pair of comparably priced 2" elastic straps that are too stretchy for legs, after I have tried and am impressed by this brand's narrower 1" (slightly elastic) "arm" straps. Build quality of these heavier non-elastic 2 inchers is just as good, and the closure using very grippy full length velcro is easier to manage than the finger-pressure cam buckle on the thinner 1" straps. The numbering really helps with consistency in setting pressure. There is a fair amount of information and advice online but the included eBook is lengthy and well illustrated - was not reliably delivered by email, but a copy was sent after emailing staff at [email protected].

Very effective bands that actually last.
I tried these after the buckle snapped on the elastic kind. The bands very quickly get a snug fit, they stay in place during squats and deadlifts, and the Velcro gets a maintains a firm hold.I've also used them on farmer walks, the stair master, lunges, split squats, the recombant bike, you get the idea. I say all of that because one of the touted benefits of the elastic bands is that they stay in place better. I've experienced zero issues with these riged bands staying in place. Also, since the bands are ridged, the clear numbering actually means something. Which matter, but only until you learn to judge by feel. Even then, as previously mentioned, they're extremely easy and quick to adjust. And since the guidance is that you shouldn't wear them for more than 10 minutes, they're extremely easy to take off, and then put back on with minimal interruption when doing things like the stair master or bike. There are no "edges" to the strap. I definitely recommend these and whenever I need to buy another pair, I'll be buying another pair of these.

These bands are good enough only for arms
These bfr bands are short in length which precludes its use for thighs. It was wrongly mentioned in the product description that can be used for arms & legs, which isn’t true...!!
