The size is about as large as is comfortable to wear. I have one cross pendant that is the same length but slightly wider that is the perfect size and I wear that often. This crucifix is a bright shiny stainless that is a little lacking in detail, but just fine as that is the design they sought. The chain is comfortable and flexible (see photo for chain style). The chain is also about the perfect length too! I really like this and think it would be a great gift! Highly recommended!

I have a lot of gold jewelry so wanted something silver, but this looked very cheaply made and the pendant was too big compared to the chain. Won't be wearing.

The chain is a bit longer than expected, but very well made with a strong clasp. The necklace has some weight to it which is what I liked the most. This was worth the grab and like that it's nothing flashy which is another attribute I liked.

Very nice chain and pendant set. The chain is a bit long and leans towards the length men would normally wear, on the longer side. Overall, my daughter loved it, even though it was a little big on her. Would recommend for an adult.

Necklace material not as pictured. very bad quality and looks dark. the pendant is very nice but a different tone, the tone it should be, the necklace does not match the pendant at all since it looks so dark and material looks very cheap.

Cross seems to be of sturdy construct. Chain is very delicate. Clasp broke off after only a week or so.Had a better quality chain on hand, so decided to keep the cross.
