My husband is getting older and once the temperatures drop he has a hard time staying warm. The thermal top keeps his back and shoulders toasty warm which makes him more comfortable being outside especially when we visit our daughter in Colorado in the winter. Great purchase- wish I had bought this for him sooner.

I am a bigger guy, and I bought these for drysuit scuba diving. They are very warm, even without the elements on, so I have not used the elements except to test.They are a bit short in the torso (I am 6’) but get things covered. And the waist is big (I got my suggested size and I could not walk around in them without them sliding off).There is no waistband or drawstring, which is disappointing. If there were, or a snap to merge the top and bottom halves, the product would be perfect.I would say it is great for sleeping, great for diving, and, with some additions, good for lounging.

Love that it comes with a decent battery but if it drains, any USB power pack meeting the output specs will work as a backup. Recommend a light pair of leggings between the heating coils and bear skin as it can get hot. Great as casual pants around the house but need a pair of jeans that you may have hanging around before losing some weight but it may still be bulky. Great under snow pants. But the best feature is the power button. Most heated pants I’ve tried need little pressure on the buttons to change temperature or turn off. These need to be pushed for a second or two before turning on, off, or changing temperature which I haven’t seen in other pairs. And very comfortable materials. Necessary for 6 hours in an open football stadium late in the season but bring an extra battery to make it through the game 😉

I ordered the heated long underwear as a birthday gift. When they arrived there were no batteries for the top or the bottoms, leaving the long underwear useless.EDIT: a battery was received today, I guess I figured there would be two batteries, one for the top and one for the bottoms, there is just one battery. At any rate the fit is a little off, the pants either need a draw string or better elastic, they don’t stay up well.

The top gets warm, the bottoms I haven't noticed any obvious heat. The material is very cozy. The fit is horrendous. The neck hole is enormous, the length is short, the chest is huge, shoulders are close. I think I'm a pretty average build and expected much better fitment.
