This is my little miracle gummies. Stopped my perimenopause symptoms. Stopped my spots (NEVER had spots in my life not even as a kid) reduced my oily skin. Stopped my flushed etc. chewable so easy to swallow. Nice small gummies and nice tasting. Soft, small in appearance. Great quality. Definitely value for money based on results.

Size - 2 small sweets (wish I could eat more) Easy to swallow as they are chewable Definitely feel better High energy each day Taste is amazing I was suprised by how much I liked these. I ordered a different vit d as it was slightly better value for money but I wish I got these again. Packaging looks nice, reflects the quality of the product. Slightly pricier than competitors but I think its worth it 100.

Know it only lasts half as long as you'd think
Fine and tasty, but be aware the price isn't as good as it seems as two gummies per day is what is recommended, not just one.

Amazing!
This is truly amazing and helped my damaged hairs and hair losses concerns from my first day trial . The unbelievable discount was offered and I am truly grateful 🙏 they are tasty and my hairs are ultra shiny now ! Day by day I am getting more encouraged to look at my blond hairs . They were so poorly and now beautifully bouncy and shiny - back to my original hairs that I nearly believed that I lost . Definitely recommend.

I'm not sure I absorbed all my vitamins needed from this jar. Great apple flavour but probably will not repurchase.
