Ok, it was cheap at least.
I managed to cope with the instructions, but the listing made a huge point of being creak free, and I guess it isn't, even if you follow the instructions in the listing. The bed slats seem a bit far apart for a normal cheap mattress, it might work, or cheap/thin ones might bend springs when sat on a lot, I just added some cardboard. Amazon gave me ยฃ10 for a spray bottle of WD-40 for the creaks. I kept it.

Very Good Product
little fiddly to assemble, but not so bad as to make it difficult or impossible. might be worth while have two people to assemble as a couple of items can be quite heavy and large, that said i did assemble it on my own (63 year old unfit old codger) so it is possible. Assembled item seems secure and does what it's supposed to do. The materials used seem to be adequate for the job. My Granddaughter claimed it added to the comfort of the mattress used with this item. I ordered the Kingsize unit and found it to be a good fit.

This is a sturdy metal bed base, which allows for lots of under bed storage
So I bought this frame as I needed to create some under bed space for storage, PLUS I didn't want to spend so much. I was concerned that it would be too weak to handle the weight of my mattress, which is too heavy for me to lift on my own, plus i have a 3inch memory foam topper. There ARE quite a few pieces to attach, and you must make sure you know which is which. I used my drill, which saved my wrists, and made sure everything was tight, as i said i was worried about what it could manage weight wise. Also I weight 126kg. But I've had this now for a few months, zero movement, noises or anything. Definately worth the price.
