Keystone - Cryptocurrency Hardware Wallet 100% air-gapped, 4-inch Touch Screen, Fingerprint Sensor, Store Your Crypto securely (Keystone 3 Pro)

This is my second purchase of Keystone 3 Pro and oh boy I just love it for how good it integrates with almost all big software wallets like MM, Rabby. The integrations are seamless and you never feel insecure as you get all the information displayed on its big screen before you sign any contracts. I have been using the wallet for almost 4 months now (this is my second purchase) and never had any issues so far. It charges very quickly and very easy to setup even for beginners. The airgap integration makes it even more secure as you never have to connect it via usb and sign contracts through QR using your fingerprint. Hence you never feel that your wallet is exposed to internet or any malicious applications. Also you can have multiple wallets with different keyphrases and this helps to distribute your money across them so as to add even more security. I just love how solid it feel in my hand, I would never go back to my other crypto wallets having used Keystone now.

Great device only the rechargeable battery will not recharge

it took me longer to receive the product due to courier delays but it was all good. product was in pristine conditions. highly recomendable!

Man, I'm really impressed with the new Keystone 3 Pro hardware wallet. As someone who deals with a bunch of different cryptocurrencies, it's awesome to have one device that plays nice with all the major wallets like MetaMask, Keplr, Blue, etc., and finally the Eternl for ADA! No more fumbling around with different wallets and seed phrases. And get this - the Keystone has upgradeable firmware so as new wallets and Dapps come out, I can just update it to work with those too. How cool is that! As we all know, crypto moves fast, so I love how future-proof this makes my investment. Security is definitely top-notch too. With three secure chips, device verification to guarantee it's legit, and fingerprint unlock, my precious crypto stash feels safe and sound. The touch screen makes it a breeze to use as well compared to some hardware wallets I've tried. Now one little hiccup some folks have noticed is that plastic screen protector film comes stuck on real tight straight from the factory. I definitely peeled at it for a while before realizing! A little card trick to lift the edges works like a charm though. Crisis averted :) Anyway, I gotta say the Keystone 3 Pro really seems a step above other hardware wallets. For usability, versatility, and security all rolled into one sleek device, it can't be beat! This is gonna be my daily driver for sure. Two enthusiastic thumbs up!

Great product

Firmware wouldn't update vis USD connection or micro sim. Kept turning off and wouldn't turn back unless put on the charger at 70% charged. Tried product support but just a bottle redirecting to website that doesn't update firmware

A pretty little device but the launched too soon because all the tutorials are text based the YouTube videos are of a previous model and there is no support as it is EST Maybe next year but I lost a day. £10 of XRP and still no reply from the online help

1st May 2024 - Important Update. Since I wrote the review below, Keystone have taken a 180 degree U-turn on their decision with regards not to release BTC only firmware & just released it. I'm very happy to report that after downloading & installing this latest BTC only firmware it can be fully utilised for all things BTC, including supporting full Multisig. In addition it is one of the very few hardware wallets which support the smarter Shamir backups. For these reasons I've now changed my review from 1 stars to 5. Well done Keystone. I doubt my single review was responsible for any of this, however possibly many such similar honest reviews helped to twist their arm. Shows the power of the public independent reviews by most people, please take the time to continue to write these. ======================== 5th Dec 2023 - I bought it because the website seemed to indicate there was a BTC only firmware version for this hardware wallet. The website is misleading. As the Firmware section says, this is for the Keystone "Essential / Pro" which if you're buying this makes you think, this is the "pro", so it's compatible. That's not correct. As this is not the "pro" version, this is the "Keystone 3 Pro" version, not the same thing (the "pro" is an earlier model). The BTC only firmware on their website is for an earlier model, which is no longer sold ANYWHERE! The device therefore is just for some simple crypto altcoins. No good for BTC Multisig etc. An email was sent to support to see if there will be a new BTC only firmware in the future, that supports this device. I was told No. And also told, due to the seal being broken, that they would not issue a refund for the device!! Note this is the ONLY hardware wallet sold by Keystone. Pretty useless!! Bad form Keystone!!

If you’re looking for a multi coin hardware wallet, look no further. Costly? Only buy if your investment significantly exceeds this price. Integrates perfectly with software wallet counterparts, one can verify the product online, open source software and ofc one can sign transactions. Supports almost all tokens including memes. (solfare and metamask) Go for it.

I've received the keystone 3 pro and tested it out for a couple of days now. I like the system and its security features, but I don't like that it forgets my passphrase and that its sometimes difficult for my laptop, pc & iPhone to read the QR codes. Regarding the passphrase feature, maybe its an extra security feature to forget it everytime you turn off the device, but coming from a Ledger device its pretty inconvenient. On the Ledger you could just simply have 2 different login codes, one for the non-passphrase account and one for the passphrase account, but with the keystone you need to enter the passphrase everytime you switch off the device. Personally I miss this feature and on a side note I also miss having the option to have longer login codes. Regarding reading the QR codes, it goes flawlessly from the camera on the keystone, but on the iPhone, Laptop & PC it sometimes feels the keystone's screen is barely big enough to get a propper read, even in zoomed in mode. Having a slightly bigger screen on the keystone to allow a slightly more zoomed out QR-code I think would have been better. In the beginning I struggled connecting my Metamask and Eternl accounts properly with my Ledger seed phrase, but noticed after a while you need to turn on the Ledger Live option on the Keystone device to get the correct account connected. Sometimes this option resets, so every time I scan QR codes I need to double check the Ledger option is selected, which is a little annoying. Although the above sounds negative, I'm happy with the product as everything else works as expected and full fills my need for a more user friendly hardware wallet compared to my Ledger Nano S (Plus). For everyone considering this product and wonders if an SD card is required: it is optional as far as I can tell. I've updated my firmware purely with USB cable and didn't need any SD card, I've also used the Keystone without SD card. ofcourse updating through SD card may be a bit safer, but I think there's bigger risks in life.
