Kisna customer staff has been really helpful with my shopping experience. Initially, I had to return the ring purchased on Amazon, due to incorrect size. Later on I ordered a completely different design with the correct ring size from Kisna. Throughout The customer staff had been really helpful and courteous. They were very patient throughout when I was worried if the initial order would be delivered safely back to them. They kept in constant touch and helped us with the feedback until the final product was delivered. They ensured that the refund was promptly carried out for the initial order.
