The hdd has a lot of issue within a few months of purchaaing. Non stop beep sound, video playback error. Not a good one. Don't buy it

Defective Item - dont buy it...
I have received the order on 5th May, On 6th, I have asked one of the technician to install cameras. After installing I found that, Hard disk is not working. And looks like, the Hard disk given in the set is the refurbished one. I have already spent 3000/- rs for all my installation work. Now, Amazon team is asking me to replace full order :) otherwise they can not help here. now how can I return the wire which is already cut and again pay to the technician for the same? Hence, DO NOT buy THIS product... this is a scam....

this dvr does not support wifi connection, so buy only if you have lan

All camera is not colour camera. And harddisk is not useful for camera wrong product delivered.
