I have heard a lot about this product all over the internet . More so on how it works what I did not expect is quick results. I am 54 the last 2 yrs I have been going through the change and the hot flashes are hell. My hot 🔥 flashes went away immediately. Don't know it will do the same for all women because our hormones are all different but . Hot flashes and energy level has been my struggles with the change and a bit moody 🙃. Very happy since using this product. Been running on my lower belly and when it was time for womanhood I didn’t even have symptoms of it coming on. So happy about that.

Absorbs well and feels nice but hasn't really done what I was expecting it to do. 😞
