All around great!
These nuts are a great value for the money. They are fresh, soft and delicious. They are delivered very quickly. I eat a 1/4 of a cup serving daily. That is the recommended amount for most nuts. At that pace the bag lasts well over 6 weeks. They are so good that I have to scoop out the 1/4 cup amount, close up the bag securely and put it away. o/w bag would not last 2 weeks. Lol. The nuts come mostly whole. Relatively few half and small pieces.

Great for using to make vegan ice cream and plant milk
As a long-time vegan, I initially used only almonds to make plant-based milk. Then I started using half almonds and half cashews as the cashews impart a nice creamy texture. The cashews also make a great coffee creamer substitute (made with less water). I also make more desserts - think ice cream and cheesecakes - these cashews have become more useful in my kitchen. I keep an extra bag in the fridge for safekeeping. Good quality; good flavor; great bargain.

Good for the most part but priced on the higher side
Taste: Excellent Quality: Marketed as whole; pack contains whole ~75-80% and rest are halves/broken. Size: mixed, includes small ones as well Price: 20% lower at local grocery store Recommendations: but locally

These cashews are top notch
I bought these thinking I would use them to make cashew milk on a regular basis, and the price was more of bulk pricing and I was just expecting to use them in volume to make cashew milk. To my surprise and delight, they are so much better than the roasted ones I have ever had. These are flavorful and actually had a natural sweetness. My husband has commented that he wants me to buy these regularly because they are so tasty. Thank you to the vendor for having such a great quality product at a reasonable price.

Healthy snack
I have been purchasing these whole cashews for a little over a year and I absolutely love them. They come in a resealable bag, unsalted, and fresh. My entire family members are enjoying this product. One thing I know for sure is that your blood pressure will not skyrocket because it is unsalted. Such a healthy snack.

This bag was stale
I normally really like this product and have been using it for quite some time. I this bag in particular was not vacuum sealed and the nuts were stale.

A staple in our house
We love these cashews. As a mom of four who cooks vegan from scratch every day, I use these for everything from cashew milk to cream sauces to ice cream. The trick is to soak them for a few hours (up to 24) before blending them in a high speed blender. They make a silky smooth cream that can be added to soups or other dishes or turned into creamy vegan ice cream without the need to add much additional oil. I also add the soaked cashews to a number of dishes for extra protein and flavor, such as vegetable curry or veggie stir fry. One of my daily uses for these cashews is as a base for my morning smoothie. A handful of soaked cashews in the blender with a cup of water or soymilk (or juice, or whatever liquid you prefer) and blended for 60 seconds makes a nutritious, creamy nut milk ready to accept frozen fruit or fresh greens or whatever you like to make your smoothies out of. Some people recommend keeping a bowl of cashews soaking in the fridge at all times for easy use in recipes - I like to simplify this by soaking the whole bag the day I receive it and then freezing 1 cup servings in individual plastic bags. They can be used as is out of the freezer in any recipe. Of course they are also great to eat in handfuls right out of the bag. Photos show corn chowder and coffee ice cream made with these wonderful cashews.
