Perfect and adorable
It is beautiful and not as fragile as I thought it would be. Its just the right size for a single person, living alone. I have it as a back up for when my pods run out or I have a guest that prefers the drip method. I paired it with the black and glass dripper. Easy to use and pour. A soft sponge and a drop of dish soap is you need to wash it. I rinse with a few drops of vinegar and water then rinse again with plain water to make sure all the soap is gone. Love it.

A great coffee pot
We use this under our drip filter to make coffee twice a day. The glass is sturdy, it is just the right size to make two 10 oz. cups of coffee, and it's a very good shape that isn't prone to spilling. It's also very esthetically pleasing compared to other, clumsier, more fragile coffee pots we've used. It feels very well balanced to hold even when full, and it has no metal so it can be warmed in the microwave. It's a great pot.

Coffee pot.
It's the right size for lots of different pour overs. I've used it with the v60. But also with the glass v60 knockoff, an origami dripper and a Milita.

Great everyday coffee server
I use this coffee server in tandem with my Hario V60 size 2 dripper and it works very well. The notches on the outside are very helpful for measuring how much coffee you're brewing, and the filter top makes it easy to pour from the container while keeping some of the heat in. I haven't tried reheating coffee in this but the packaging did say it is all microwave safe, including the plastic handle. The glass is pretty thin and I assume it is easy to break so you need to be very careful. Also because it is thin glass, it doesn't hold heat very well. Your coffee will cool off quickly if you leave it in there, so this is not a good option if you want to brew ahead and enjoy your coffee more than 20 minutes later.

Hold Boiling Water; Great for Tea
I bought the 600ml and 800ml Hario V60 Glass Servers specifically to brew tea. I like the wide bottom which makes them impossible to knock over. I like that they're short, no issues with storage or setting in the refrigerator on the top shelf. Their wide mouth and short stature make them easy to wipe out. I then purchased the Hario 1000ml glass server also for brewing tea. Here's how they stack up: The Pros: โข Thermal Resistance: I pour boiling water directly into these daily. No issues with thermal shock. โข Cleaning: They handled a trip through the dishwasher just fine. However a couple water drops along with some condensation remained in-between the collar and the glass for several hours even after they were fully dry. โข Interchangeable: The lids for the 600ml and 800ml are the same size, which is very convenient. โข The 600ml "Guest" Size: This smaller pot is actually great for when a friend or family member wants a different flavor. Itโs a perfect personal size that yields just a bit over two cups. (I considered the 350ml but at that size, you might as well just place the teabag straight into the mug). The Cons: โข The "Slippery" Knob: The lid knob is made of smooth plastic. It desperately needs a textured grip or a silicone strip to be truly functional. It can be difficult pulling up as there's no grip to speak of. โข The Handle Design: I thought I would prefer the "closed" handle design of the smaller vessels but discovered that the handle is not fixed/fused to the glassโitโs a separate plastic piece held on only by the plastic collar, and not as comfortably ergonomic as I had hoped. I prefer the open handle of the 1000ml jug. It's a solid fixed part of the handle and seems very strong. โข Confusing Markings: The markings are cluttered and contradictory (120ml vs 130ml "cups"). If you aren't brewing coffee, ignore them entirely and just use the ml scale. โข Sizing: The 800ml feels much smaller in person than I envisioned. I'll use it as a secondary brewing jug but had I seen both the 800ml and the 1000ml in person beforehand, I would have just gone straight to the 1000ml and skipped the 800. Final Thought: The glass itself is solid. Fine for daily use, but I think the lid knobs would be easier to grip if they were silicone instead of smooth plastic.

Perfect for brewing coffee with my V60
It's the perfect size for my V60, and the lid and handle are plastic. I haven't had any problems so far. It's easy to wash.

Works as intended, priced appropriately, easy to replace
Iโve broken this and have had to rebuy once or twice now, both times due to my own clumsiness. I can confidently say, though, that the glass doesnโt shatter and the vast majority of the pieces are easy to pick up, either by hand or with a towel. Whatever tiny pieces there are can be easily vacuumed up. Still, be mindful when cleaning up the glass as they have stuck to the bottom of my feet (not cutting!) and Iโve cut myself from using one foot with the sticking glass to scratch the other. Beyond that, use this with my Hario 02 V60 all the time to make ~550-580mL of coffee almost every day. It handles heat well, lid works well, and itโs fairly easy to clean. If you have medium-big to big hands, Iโd advise using a bottle cleaning brush or the like. In case anyone is interested, my recipe (4:6 based) is: Hario V60 02 with Cafec Abaca (not fast!) filter 40-41g coffee 1.1.8 on 1Zpresso K-Ultra (897.83 microns) 600mL water 93C for dark/med-dark 94C for med 95C for med-light/light 0:00 - 100-105g 0:45 - 250-260g 1:30 - 360g 2:15 - 480g 3:00 - 600g 3:30-4:00 - finish, but I usually let it go until I finish cleaning my hand grinder (~2 min)
